During the 2021 national strike in Colombia, two Colombian artists separated by an ocean of distance contact each other without having met before. Both with very different styles and ways of creating but connected by the impulse to raise their voices in the midst of the darkness that was taking over the country in those days, they decide to make a song remotely.
In “la noche roba mi sombra” Afro-Colombian rhythms, synthesizers, kuisis and guitar accompany a healing song that invites us to dance and embrace the idea of a better world using the only possible and necessary cure for our society: forgiveness.
Produced in the city of Berlin this song is now available on all major streaming platforms for your consideration.
